EDRI is a hands-on real estate development academy that helps emerging developers move from concept to execution through applied instruction, project-based learning, and industry connections.


Participants gain practical experience in site selection, due diligence, budgeting, financing, project management, and ownership strategy while building a complete development package tied to a real or case-study project.
